Yoga style
Our typical yoga classes are structured around a short centering (meditation and breathwork), a dynamic flow and a few restorative asanas. We are more than happy to tailor them to your specific needs upon request:
dynamic classes (Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga-styled),
restorative classes (gentle vinyasa, yin or restorative)
Equipment required
Yoga mats, blocks, belts and blankets.
Should you not have the equipment, we are happy to bring the necessary equipment upon a small additional fee.

What to expect
The participants will be guided through different meditation styles & exercises, such as body scan, short breathworks or focus and resilience meditation.
No previous experience or equipment required - no registration needed from the participants.
Further guided meditations, small handouts and exercices will be available through a digital library customed and only accessible to your team.
