Founder of Sage & really happy you’re here !

I am a RYT500 Yoga Teacher, Trauma-Informed and Yoga therapist in training.

The very first time I practiced yoga, I was a child and I still remember the feeling of relaxation and space the practice created. But it’s only years later, after an accident, that I went back to the mat, first to soften the physical pain. Through the practice I discovered that yoga is not only for the body but also for the mind and the heart. I kept returning to the mat during times where I was exhausted, stressed and disconnected. What started as movement slowly became a way of feeling safe and being at home again.

After years in the corporate world, I created Sage to help others reconnect to themselves through yoga, mindfulness, and compassionate awareness, both on and off the mat. My offerings are for both individuals and companies, but the intention is always the same: to offer a place to breathe, to slow down, and to simply be.

In my classes, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to perform. I care much more about how a pose feels in your body than how it looks. Whether you’re stiff, tired, anxious, pregnant, hypermobile, or just having a low-energy day, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

My background in yoga therapy allows me to offer many adaptations and to pay close attention to individual needs. You’ll often find breathwork, short visualisations, and moments of stillness woven into my flows, not just to stretch the body, but to calm the mind as well.

If you’re craving a grounding, gentle strength, and practices that support your nervous system and overall wellbeing, I’d love to welcome you on the mat.

My Approach

Sage was born from the desire to make yoga a softer, lived experience, and to create the space for others that I once needed myself.

Yoga is not about being flexible. It’s about feeling at home in yourself.

not only movement

Not only movement but breath, presence, rest, intention. A practice that doesn’t stop when the class ends, but follows you into daily life, into your routines, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

my intention

My intention is to guide you toward a slower, steadier way of being, where strength and softness can coexist.

Through movement, breathwork, and self-reflection, we build awareness and mindfulness step by step, at your rythm.
