This unique workshop combines. gentle yoga practice with a creative embroidery session, offering a mindful and nourishing start to your sunday.
We begin with a yoga flow designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and settle into the present moment. The practice is accessible to all levels and focuses on mindful movement and breath.
After the yoga session, we move into a cozy creative space where you’ll embroider your own tote bag. No experience is needed, you’ll be guided step by step.
A small breakfast (croissant + hot drink) is included so you can fully enjoy a relaxed and inspiring morning.
